Im Sinne des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes sind diese Bezeichnungen als nicht geschlechtsspezifisch zu betrachten.Deine Rolle im TeamAls Legal Specialist bei devicenow verhandelst du Verträge, stellst die Einhaltung unserer Vereinbarungen sicher, unterstützt die operativen und Vertriebsteams und sorgst für die Erfüllung relevanter Branchenstandards.Deine AufgabenPrüfung, Analyse und Freigabe rechtlicher Verträge mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Partnern und weiteren Geschäftseinheiten.Rechtliche Beratung und Beantwortung von Anfragen interner und externer Stakeholder weltweit.Erstellung rechtlicher Stellungnahmen und Schreiben im Auftrag der Rechtsabteilung.Eigenständige Verhandlung von Vertrags- und Geschäftsfragen, überwiegend mit Kunden.Vertretung der Rechtsabteilung und/oder des Unternehmens bei externen Meetings, Verhandlungen und im Schriftverkehr.Fachliche Beratung im komplexen Rechtsumfeld sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Teammitgliedern.Steuerung anspruchsvoller, langfristiger Rechtsprojekte inkl. Priorisierung und Koordination der relevanten Informationen.Proaktive Kommunikation und Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im Namen des Rechtsteams.wir von dir erwartenHervorragende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Inhouse-Jurist:in oder Legal Counsel.Erfahrung in einer unternehmensinternen Rechtsabteilung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Vertrieb und Delivery.Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prüfung und Verhandlung von kommerziellen Verträgen, vorzugsweise im IT- oder Dienstleistungsbereich.Vertrautheit mit internationalen Vertragsstandards und gängigen rechtlichen Begriffen (z. B.
