This highly selective program is offered inpartnership with leading boutique investment banksin key markets, includingthe US, UK, APAC, Europe, MENA markets.Only two students are selected per quarterfor this off-cycle, ongoing program, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience for our interns per geographic region.What You'll Gain:Intensive Financial Training (Weeks 1-2):The internship kicks off with two weeks of rigorous, in-house virtual training led by industry experts. You'll gain a strong foundation in core investment banking skills, including:3-Statement Financial ModelingDiscounted Cash Flow (DCF) AnalysisTrading Comparables (Comps)Precedent TransactionsAdvanced Excel & Power Point techniquesIndustry Research & Sourcing StrategiesReal-World Experience (Weeks 3-10):Following successful completion of the initial training and assessments, you'll be introduced to a Managing Director or Partner at one of our boutique investment bank partners. For the next eight weeks, you'll work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support with:Pitch Book DevelopmentValuation Analysis (Comps, DCFs)Financial ModelingSourcing & Due DiligenceIndustry and Company ResearchAnd other critical tasks to support ongoing deals.Mentorship & Feedback:Our partner firms are committed to providing a structured learning environment with a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance. This ensures you're actively engaged and continuously developing.This is an unpaid internship designed for high-potential students seeking practical experience and a significant resume boost.
