You ensure planning operations run efficiently, optimize capacity and resource allocation, and align with industry compliance standards, particularly in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals. Working closely with global stakeholders and other SAP module experts, you deliver integrated, future-ready solutions that strengthen our supply chain performance.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver SAP PP/PPDS solutions for production planning and detailed schedulingOptimize planning workflows and improve schedule adherence in alignment with business needsCollaborate with SAP MM, SD, and EWM teams to enable synchronized supply chain planningEnsure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations through validation activities in PP/PPDSLead project initiatives for production capacity management and planning optimizationMonitor system performance and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesContribute expertise to large transformation programs, focusing on SAP Supply Chain PlanningYour profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years’ process knowledge in production planning and scheduling within supply chainsMinimum 4 years’ system knowledge in SAP PP and PPDSFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA configuration and advanced planning systems is preferredPrevious experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or food/beverageHands-on experience in capacity planning and optimization systemsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex workflowsSkilled in working with global, cross-functional teams and matrix organizationsProactive and structured approach with the ability to prioritize across multiple projectsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and conflict resolution skillsFluent in English and German, both written and spokenWillingness to travelWhy join usAt Fresenius Kabi, your expertise in SAP Supply Chain Planning will directly shape how we plan, schedule, and optimize production on a global scale.
