You’ll inspire your team, and partner with leading global brands to deliver impactful work that blends craft, innovation, and cutting‑edge technology.You will be part of Fail Fast, a digital studio with more than 90 multidisciplinary profiles who daily improve products, services, and brands through creativity, design, and communication. That's why you will have access to a growth program based on Power‑Up sessions and mentoring, with co‑creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying yourself in multiple specialties. Audiovisual Post‑Production :Deliver world‑class motion graphics, digital ads, explainer videos, promos, animated presentations, and more. Primarily focus on 2D motion, AI animations, and occasionally 3D.Create storyboards, style frames, moodboards, and animatic videos, leveraging your expertise in motion graphics and audiovisual language.Video and audio editing.Daily collaboration with visual and UX / UI designers, marketing experts, Product Owners, and front‑end and multimedia developers.Degree in Motion Graphics, Post‑production, or a related creative discipline.Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Proficiency in creating dynamic animations in 2D, image, and typography.Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation.Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines.Very high or native level of English. (C1+ / C2)Knowledge of Cavalry, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.Experience in AI projects : asset generation and post‑production using AI tools (Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik, Veo3, Eleven Labs, etc.).Experience in VR and AR projects.Experience in international projects (English‑speaking contexts).Knowledge of interactive technologies and new trends in digital products.Hybrid model with 90-50% of remote work, depending on project and client.Know your colleagues and participate in our scheduled online and in‑person activities : Training resources such as certifications in platforms such as Udemy for Business and Goodhabitz and online English and Catalan classes. xsgfvud Flexible Compensation Plan : transportation ticket, restaurant and daycare, medical, dental and life insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
