We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.Who we are looking forWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform to drive the platformization of our product suite and build scalable infrastructure services that empower all product teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy — ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can translate platform vision into modular, reusable components.You willLead the development of core platform services that enable scalability and reusability across multiple P2P product lines (API, SDK, Widget, Hub, etc.).Collaborate closely with engineers to design and deliver modular infrastructure components such as an API gateway and common authentication and identity layers.Own the chain and account abstraction layers, simplifying multi‑chain operations and empowering internal teams to integrate new networks faster and more efficiently.Partner with other Product Managers to ensure platform components support product growth, performance, and interoperability.Define and track platform metrics focused on performance, developer experience, and internal adoption.Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, bridging the gap between engineering and business needs.Conduct research on emerging infrastructure trends (modularity, service orchestration, cross‑chain scalability) and feed insights into the platform roadmap.Champion platform reliability, security, and observability, ensuring high availability and consistent developer experience.You haveMinimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in platform or infrastructure product teams.Proven track record of building or managing core platform services, SDKs, or developer tools at scale.Strong technical background—understanding API gateways, auth systems, distributed architectures, and event‑driven systems.Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on architectural decisions.
