You'll be supported by an experienced team and leadership that encourages growth, experimentation, and innovation.What you’ll be doing :Own and prioritise the product backlog for a suite of analytics, reporting, and AI-led toolsTranslate complex requirements into well-scoped stories and featuresCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategy with business needsAct as the voice of the customer while facilitating agile delivery with engineering teamsDrive product iterations based on data insights and user feedbackChampion continuous improvement across tooling, team rituals, and product qualityWhat you’ll need :Previous experience as a Product Owner or in product-led software teamsStrong understanding of agile methodologies (especially Scrum)Experience working with data-focused or technically complex products (analytics, ML / AI, or similar)Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, across technical and business audiencesFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA for managing backlogs and workflowsComfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environmentsNice to have :Certifications like CSPO or SAFe PM / POHands-on familiarity with data platforms, streaming technologies, or AI toolsSpanish language is not essential, but English fluency is requiredThis is more than a product role, it’s a chance to bring high-impact solutions to life and shape the future of data-driven IT management.Key InformationJob Title : Product OwnerLocation : Alicante, SpainWork Policy : Hybrid (Office presence required)Salary : Up to €55,000 (Full-time, permanent)Consortia is a specialist recruitment agency with consultants focused on global roles within UX, Product, Data, and Engineering markets.
