Reconocida empresa multinacional del sector industrial con oficinas en el Prat de Llobregat, busca un/a HR Analytics para formar parte de su departamento de RR.HH. Tu nuevo puesto Formarás parte del departamento gestionando funciones generalistas (onboarding, selección, Learning, etc.) y analíticas. Serás el/la responsable de impulsar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos y reporting. Darás soporte a nuevos proyectos estratégicos de rrhh. Administrarás la comunicación interna. Formarás parte de la nueva implementación de SAP SuccesFactor en el departamento. Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto Será imprescindible aportar experiencia previa en un departamento de RRHH realizando funciones generalistas. Perfil analítico y digital, habituado/a a trabajar con ERP's de gestión de personal, Excel, Dashboards... Valorable experiencia previa en SAP SuccessFactor o Workday. Nivel fluido de inglés. (Nivel medio-alto también es valorable). Qué obtendrás a cambio Posición estable con contrato indefinido. Horario flexible de entrada y todos los viernes intensivos. xsgfvud Salario inicial entre 33.000 € y 35.000 € brutos/año + importantes beneficios.
