How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and Excel expertise to , including “Business Analyst Application” in the subject line.As an Entry-level Business Analyst at OXON, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Your expertise in Excel, budgeting, accounting and project costing will be essential in managing and interpreting complex data sets, creating detailed budgets and developing efficient solutions.Prepare study budget estimates working with a team.Develop and maintain detailed reports and databasesWorking in financial activities (cash-flow, project reconciliations, financial reports, B/S, P&L and job costing)Assist in bid template updating using advanced excelAid where required in corporate reporting data supportUtilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) to analyse and interpret study success dataManage and prepare study changes in scope, budgeting, project, and job costing activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather bid/costing requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.Ensure high quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.Create and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.Entry-level experience in Accounting area, Business Analyst or similar role.Exposure toaccounting concepts(P&L, accruals, invoicing, cash-flow, purchase orders).Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.Education or job experience in accounting, budgeting, project, and job costing.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Familiarity with budgeting.Full-time & permanent contract.Flexible timetable and remote work options.Opportunities for professional development and growth.COMPANY DESCRIPTION:OXON is a full service global scientific/operational service provider specialising in multi-country field, database and hybrid observational studies, and pragmatic trials, for safety, market access/HEOR and drug development.
