At Revlon, the multinational cosmetic leader, we are looking for a Packaging Technical Specialist to join a dynamic, international environment and provide global support across all product categories. This role focuses on the management and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical packaging specifications, and on coordinating compatibility testing between packaging materials and product formulas to ensure compliance with functional, regulatory, and quality standards.Si cree que es el candidato ideal para la siguiente oportunidad, envíe su solicitud después de leer la descripción completa.The position requires close collaboration with Packaging Development, Design, Formulation, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Innovation Operations teams, ensuring technical documentation is accurate and aligned with internal processes and external regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and maintain technical specifications and datasheets for primary packaging (jars, bottles, tubes) and secondary packaging (labels, folding cartons).Create, build, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and SKU structures.Maintain active communication with suppliers to coordinate and implement packaging changes.Ensure alignment between formulation and packaging components.Coordinate and support packaging–formula compatibility testing with formulation and packaging testing teams.Support packaging quality control activities and define standards for new components.Provide quality-related information required to approve new packaging materials.Update logistics data to reflect newly created product references.Maintain and update project trackers in close collaboration with the Innovation Operations team, ensuring real-time visibility of milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional progress.Education and knowledge:Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.Basic knowledge of packaging materials and technologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experience:1–3 years of experience in packaging-related roles.Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries is a plus, but not required.Competencies:Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities. xsgfvud Organized and methodical.
