Lea todos los detalles a continuación y presente su candidatura hoy mismo.Se busca incorporar un Data Scientist con la misión de transformar grandes volúmenes de datos en insights accionables que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio.FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADESAnalizar datos complejos para identificar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.Diseñar y desarrollar modelos analíticos y métricas de negocio.Construir, optimizar y mantener consultas SQL sobre grandes volúmenes de datos.Desarrollar análisis y scripts en Python para exploración, limpieza y modelado de datos.Crear dashboards e informes interactivos en Power BI (o herramientas similares) para distintos stakeholders.Colaborar con equipos de negocio, tecnología y producto para definir necesidades analíticas.Documentar procesos, modelos y resultados de manera clara y estructurada.COMPETENCIASCapacidad para interpretar datos y convertirlos en conclusiones claras y accionables.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y storyteling con datos.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicarse de forma clara y colaborar con distintos perfiles técnicos y funcionales.Responsabilidad, organización y enfoque a la calidad.EXPERIENCIADominio avanzado de SQL.Experiencia sólida en Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn u otras librerías analíticas).Experiencia en Power BI, Tableau, Looker o herramientas de visualización similares.Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Data Scientist, con un fuerte enfoque analítico.Experiencia trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos (muy recomendable).FORMACIÓN E IDIOMASGrado en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería Informática, Física o similar.Se valorará positivamente Máster o formación especializada en Data Science / Analytics. xsgfvud Castellano nativo, catalán intermedio-avanzado.INSCRÍBETE EN:
