As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us for a position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one's areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The role's objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth.Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth. The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).Responsibilities:Lead Delivery Organization:Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service to our cllientsDevelop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve our efficiency and quality of company's servicesLead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiencyFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teamsBe a trustful partner for key clients and support business development:Lead collaboration with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored solutions to meet their needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing successBe involved in top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales effortsCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective segment strategiesKeep Intellias on the edge of technology innovation:Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and servicesDevelop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectivesStay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industryRequirements:10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees)Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievementsStrong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project managementDeep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role xsgfvud of solution architect or similar is an advantageIn-depth understanding of Digital business as well as it's IT landscape and trendsVisionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presenceProfound experience with strategic planning and execution\"Getting things done\" attitude, proactivity and assertiveness in achieving the goals; ready for an extra mileProfound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.)Good understanding and experience with biz-dev (S&M, AM) in service business. Strong competence in presale managementFinancial management skills, experience managing P&L for a large services organizationMSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; additional business education (e.g. MBA or similar) would be an advantageFluent level of written and spoken EnglishReady for frequent travelling
