We're hiring a Mixed-Methods Researcher (German – Mandatory) – Banking Sector (Quant-Driven | 100% Remote)Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación y, si confía en que cumple todos los requisitos, envíe su solicitud de inmediato.At General Software, we are seeking a Mixed-Methods User Researcher with a strong quantitative orientation to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector.Your missionYou will design, execute, and analyze end-to-end user research studies, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches—with a strong focus on surveys, metrics, and data-driven insights—to enhance and optimize the digital user experience.ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct mixed-methods research (surveys, usability testing, interviews, analytics-based studies).Create and manage quantitative research instruments (questionnaires, sampling plans, metrics frameworks).Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable business and UX recommendations.Complement quantitative insights with qualitative evidence.Collaborate with UX, Product, Business, and Data teams.RequirementsProven experience in quantitative research: survey design, stats, behavioral metrics, dashboards, etc.Experience integrating qualitative insights into mixed methods.Strong command of Excel and familiarity with analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, etc. is a plus).Fluency in German (C1–C2) is mandatory.Fluent in English.Spanish is a plus.We offerThe opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact digital projects in the banking sector.An international, collaborative work environment.100% Remote position. xsgfvud Stable contract and a competitive compensation package.If you're passionate about understanding users and transforming data into meaningful decisions, we'd love to hear from you
