We blend innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses operate and how employees feel at work.Role OverviewAs a Senior Frontend Engineer you will shape the visual face of our platform, website, and internal tools. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver top‑tier features, advance our frontend architecture, and mentor junior talent. Your contributions will directly enhance the experience of over 10,000 customers and our internal teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, develop, and introduce innovative features within our current product suite for the benefit of customers and internal teams.Foster efficient collaboration with distributed and multidisciplinary teams.Partner with the product team to design and refine our frontend, producing precise specifications and technical designs.Provide insights and maintain documentation to advance our infrastructure.Propose and implement enhancements to refine the existing software infrastructure.Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers in the frontend development process.QualificationsStrong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, semantic HTML, and the DOM API.Experience with TypeScript.Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer using a JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Next, etc.).Demonstrable experience writing and supporting automated tests.Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Bonus PointsExperience working with React.Domain knowledge in business travel.Familiarity with Microfrontends, Webpack, Cypress, and Monorepos.How We WorkAt Perk, we embrace an IRL‑first approach, working together in‑person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. For certain positions, we can assist with relocation from anywhere in the world.
