We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.Our local TOMRA Office is located in Valencia and we are always looking for passionate individuals to join our organization.ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of a global service team and will report to the Field Service Coordinator. With "Safety first" mindset throughout the daily work both at company and our customer sites.Perform Field service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization and maintenance of equipment.Perform all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup.Collaborate with customers on-site and provide consultancy that help customers to achieve highest performance and reduce food wasteWork on intelligent and pioneering technologiesBe a TOMRA ambassadorBe trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tool.Qualifications5+ years of experience in field service or customer support.Working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, PLC circuits - mandatoryYou are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English - mandatoryYou are intrigued by travelling at least 80% of the time, and with a high degree of flexibility (including holiday season and weekends).Ability to read schematics.Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.You love to relate to customers, their views, and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures. xsgfvud You have a passion for Engineering.A valid driver’s license with a good driving recordBenefitsAllowances & BenefitsWork equipment including laptop and cell phone subscription providedBonus of up to 10% of your annual gross salaryCompany car & fuel card provided for personal and private use according to Company Car PolicyExtended Life Insurance: In case of death & permanent disability 150k EURPrivate health insurance affiliation offered at discounted rateOn the job and ongoing training providedHybrid work policyAnnual leave: 29 calendar days in accordance with collective bargaining agreement#J-18808-Ljbffr
