Planning and strategy: Youll create and maintain comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and manage all project constraints. Coordination and collaboration: You will coordinate internal resources and external third parties. You will also align with other project managers to ensure deliverables are synchronized across interdependent projects. Monitoring and reporting: Youll track project progress, manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. You will also lead project meetings to keep all stakeholders regularly updated. Transition management: Youll manage the process of transitioning environments from development to staging and production. Ensuring quality and best practices: You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects adhere to established frameworks and project management best practices, and you will capture lessons learned for future projects. Lead large-scale IT projects from start to finish This hybrid position in Barcelona offers a great work-life balance.Role and Impact: An opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects, working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven history of successfully managing large-scale IT deployments. Certifications: Holds a formal Project Management accreditation (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2), validating their expertise and knowledge. Methodologies: Proficient in various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2. Technical Skills: Skilled in using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet. Leadership and Communication: Demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. They can effectively coordinate teams, communicate with third parties, and facilitate key decisions. Problem-Solving: A proactive and decisive individual with a strong ability to solve problems and manage project risks and dependencies. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and adept at managing time effectively to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.
