Además, asegúrese de leer todos los requisitos relacionados con este puesto.ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experiencedProgram Manager – M&A Integrationin Madrid to join a leading global technology company in the travel industry.Main responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible forplanning, driving and executing the post-merger integration of acquired companies , ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and synergy targets.Lead end-to-endM&A integration programsacross corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).Define and executeintegration strategies , operating models and Day 1 to Day 100 plans.Establish and runintegration governance(Steering Committees, KPIs, RAID, reporting).Act as atrusted advisor to senior stakeholders , ensuring clear decision-making and execution.Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.Drivechange management, communication and cultural integrationin multinational environments.Who are you?Proven experience leadingM&A / Post-Merger Integration programsin complex, international environments.Strong background inProgram Management / Integration PMO , managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.Ability to work acrosscorporate functions(HR, Finance, Legal, IT) andbusiness teams(Product, Commercial, Operations).Solidchange management and communication skills , with experience in cultural integration.Fluent Englishis mandatory; experience in multinational and multicultural organizations is essential.Who are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
