Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:We are looking for a FrontEnd Software Engineer with strong React experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable front-end solutions for a variety of digital products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React and Next.js.Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces following modern front-end best practices.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into accessible and high-quality code.Work with component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across products.Implement and maintain CSS-in-JS solutions for styling and theming.Create, document, and test UI components using Storybook.Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and promote best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.Must-have Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).8+ years of experience as React Developer.Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Hands-on experience with Next.js.Experience working with CSS-in-JS solutions.Familiarity with component libraries and/or design systems.Experience using Storybook for component development and documentation.Solid understanding and practical experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.English level: Advanced / Fluent (spoken and written).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.Nice-to-have:AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
