You will join our team of developers and testers with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment.The teamWe are a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product. At Crisalix we work hard, and we have a beautiful project ahead of us to make our company an excellent place to work.The roleAs a passionate and proactiveJunior QA , you will play an active role in ourAgile environmentas part of our valuedQA department . From day one, you will take on responsibilities for ensuring thestability, functionality, quality and performance of our products by using QA toolsto improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience. Your key tasks will include:Performing a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.Conducting tests across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.Reporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly.Verifying that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.Attending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers.Assisting in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.Collaborating with QA, development and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing.Researching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance.Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.The skill set our ideal candidate would have:At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes.Knowledge of test manual tools.Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and bug reports.Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies.A problem-solving mindset, patience and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also being a great team player.Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).We also value very positively:Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders.Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).Familiarity with test automation tools.Interest and some knowledge of AI.What We OfferAt Crisalix we strive to support our employees in their professional careers by offering them good jobs in an international company with a strong team and state-of-the-art technology.
