We aim to become leading restaurant lifestyle brand in Europe and see this as an amazing opportunity to join the company as we build our product and scale globally.We're looking for aPurchasing Specialist(Fluent in French) who will assist with the procurement process, including contract management, and ensuring the cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Additionally, they will be responsible for verifying that the suppliers meet the specifications and standards required by Honest Greens and that the delivered goods and services comply with the agreements.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential suppliersPrepare RFQ, RFPs, negotiate purchasing terms and conditionsAudit of technical specs and certifications and ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulationsMonitor and enforce contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.Conduct supplier performance (KPI) and competitiveness analysisDevelop and maintain supplier relationshipsImplement the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistencyStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, pricing and best practices to identify risks as well as cost-saving opportunitiesSkills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in xsgfvud Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in related fieldsMinimum 3 years experience in procurement in the food sectorKnowledge of food related regulations and certificationsStrong analytical profile with high attention to detailsCan-do attitude, proactivity and good organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAdvance knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with ERP programs will be a plusFluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus)Only candidates residing in BarcelonaFree daily food in our restaurantsInternal growth opportunitiesInternational, open-minded and unique team#J-18808-Ljbffr
