The incumbent will be responsible for:Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design scalable automation frameworks.Lead the digitalization strategy for the Industrial assets identifying and implementing new digital tools, applications, and platforms.Spearhead AI/ML projects for predictive analytics.Act as a change agent by conducting training sessions and workshops on automation best practices.Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing and/or future business systems (SAP, ERP, MES).Ensure automation and digital solutions align with corporate policies, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.Establish governance frameworks for automation initiatives and monitor compliance with IT security protocols.Manage risks related to automation adoption and propose mitigation strategies.Act as a Project Manager in relevant automation and/or digitalization projects.What can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
