You will greet and direct people as well as provide wheelchairs or escort services as needed.You will help serve as a resource for ProMedica Toledo Hospital as people ask questions about the hospital, campus or Toledo area. This role also involves supervising information desk activities and volunteer Guest Guides.In this role, you will look for potential safety issues in the lobby area and alert security if needed.The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
