Actualmente estamos buscando un Senior Business Consultant para incorporarse a nuestra práctica de Corporate & Investment Banking en Málaga , con especialización en productos y servicios de Cash Management .Si está considerando enviar una solicitud, asegúrese de pulsar el botón de solicitar de abajo después de leer la descripción completa.¿Qué buscamos?Más de 3 años de experiencia en Banca Mayorista o en una entidad financiera en el área de Corporate Cash Management .Experiencia en iniciativas de transformación en el área de Cash Management relacionadas con elaboración de business case, definición de procesos, diseño y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y soluciones de negocio, implantación de plataformas digitales o soluciones tecnológicas (ej. Demica, iGTB, SAP Ariba, Kyriba, etc.).Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Se valorará experiencia internacional.Conocimiento del papel de la tecnología como motor clave de la transformación digital.Software: Microsoft Office, nivel avanzado en Excel y PowerPoint.Disponibilidad para viajar.Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (SCRUM, etc.) deseable.¿Cuál será tu rol?Aportar asesoramiento funcional especializado y liderar iniciativas de transformación en Transactional Banking y, en concreto, en productos de Cash Management , trabajando en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de negocio e interactuando con los equipos de IT del cliente.Gestión integral de proyectos: elaboración de planes, gestión de plazos, recursos, tareas y planes de acción.Coordinación y liderazgo de reuniones con el cliente, incluyendo la comunicación entre las distintas áreas involucradas (negocio, tecnología, etc.).Consolidación, transmisión e implementación del conocimiento adquirido en los proyectos en los que participe.Supervisión de consultores senior y junior, organizando eficazmente su plan de trabajo, controlando la calidad de sus entregables y guiándolos en la adopción de los estándares de calidad de la compañía.Liderazgo y presentación de propuestas comerciales.Coordinación y liderazgo de áreas de acción específicas dentro de la práctica de Global Transactional Banking : desarrollo de análisis de tendencias de mercado, investigación de soluciones disruptivas globales, benchmarking de bancos internacionales, etc.¿Qué podemos ofrecerte? xsgfvud Te ofrecemos la oportunidad de formar parte de la práctica de Business Banking , donde encontrarás un equipo dinámico, joven, entusiasta y orientado al éxito, basado en una fuerte cultura emprendedora y, sobre todo, en un excelente ambiente de trabajo.#YouMakeUsUnique #NTTDATA #CashManagement #Banking
