As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for aQA Leadto own and evolve our quality assurance strategy across the product and engineering org.? Your MissionAs QA Lead, you will be thefirst dedicated QA ownerat Nuitée. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as ahands-on individual contributor (IC)and wants to lay the foundations for a best-in-class QA culture. You’ll define the strategy, build automation, and ensure the reliability of our core platform.? Over themid-term , you’ll take onteam management responsibilitiesas we grow our QA function — mentoring, hiring, and leading QA engineers across squads.? Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and leadthe QA strategy across our API platform and partner integrations.Design and implementautomated test frameworks (API, regression, load testing, etc.).Own and executetest plans, cases, and documentationfor product releases and deployments.Collaborate closely withengineering, product, and DevOpsto embed quality into every stage of development.Monitor, report, and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.Establish and maintainCI/CD pipelines with automated test coverage(e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Act as an ICin the short term, but contribute to the growth of the QA function andbuild a teamover time.Drive aquality-first cultureacross teams and processes.You’ll thrive in this role if you have:5+ years of experience inQA or test engineering , with a stronghands-onmindset.Proven experience inautomated testingof APIs and backend systems.Familiarity with tools likePostman, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured , etc.Experience withCI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows .Solid understanding ofagile development, SDLC, and QA best practices .Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bonus: Familiarity withtravel tech, B2B platforms, or real-time integrations .Bonus: Experiencebuilding or leading QA teams , even informally.Be thefirst QA leadat a fast-growing, global travel tech company.Work on systems trusted by brands likeGoogle, Hopper, Uber, and Expedia .Collaborate with a world-class team fromAirbnb, Meta, Hotelbeds, and Sabre .Take ownership, move fast, and scale a function from scratch.Flexible remote work acrossEU time zones , with HQs inCasablanca, Dublin and BarcelonaAttractive Package (Competitive Base Salary + Performance bonus + Benefits)Ready to lead quality at the infrastructure level of travel? xsgfvud Apply now and help us raise the bar at every level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
