We are supporting a large, international aviation and technology group in the search for a Technical Product Lead with a strong Platform Engineering background.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data and Cloud, owning the vision and roadmap for a greenfield Engineering Metrics Platform.Experiencia, cualificaciones y habilidades interpersonales, ¿tiene todo lo necesario para triunfar en esta oportunidad? Descúbralo a continuación.The platform aggregates data from engineering and DevOps tooling (GitHub, SonarCloud, Snyk, CI/CD systems, cloud platforms, etc.) to provide actionable insights on delivery, quality, security and engineering efficiency across multiple product teams.You will work closely with platform engineering, DevOps, software engineering and AI teams, acting as a technical product leader capable of deeply understanding modern engineering stacks and translating them into scalable, data-driven products.Key responsibilities:Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for internal engineering and platform productsLead a greenfield engineering metrics platform built on data from DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native toolsDefine and evolve engineering productivity, quality and security metricsCollaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps and Software Engineering teams to ensure reliable data ingestion and platform scalabilityDrive adoption and value realization of internal developer platforms across multiple operating companiesManage OKRs, value tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication at senior levelMentor Product Owners and technical leaders across related platform productsRequired background and skills:Strong experience in Technical Product Management / Product Ownership in complex engineering environmentsDeep understanding of Platform Engineering concepts, DevOps practices and SDLCHands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, APIs)Familiarity with developer tooling and ecosystems (GitHub, AWS, SonarCloud, Snyk, monitoring and metrics platforms)Strong data literacy: APIs, databases, metrics aggregation and dashboarding (Power BI or similar)Ability to translate highly technical topics into business and operational impactThis is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working close to engineering, shaping internal platforms and enabling teams to deliver software efficiently, securely and at scale within a global airline and technology environment.If this resonates with your profile, feel free to reach out.Agap2 es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades, por ello nos comprometemos a tratar todas las candidaturas por igual en función de sus capacidades, logros y experiencia. xsgfvud Animamos a cualquier persona a presentar su candidatura que será tratada con igualdad de oportunidades independientemente de su raza, nacionalidad, sexo, edad, discapacidad, orientación sexual, identidad de género o cualquier otra característica.
