We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Product Manager to join the Product team. Location: Spain (remote) Duties & Responsibilities Maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key product opportunities, improvements, and differentiators in the AgTech market. Become an expert on Biome Makers’ products and service, and remain informed about digital farming solutions in the AgTech market Integrate and filter feedback from multiple departments in contact with clients, and communicate with IT and DS to define and coordinate digital products development Continuously evaluate competitive offerings and industry trends to keep the product competitive and valuable for clients. Work closely with development and design teams to translate the product vision into actionable and prioritized features in the backlog. Lead initiatives to enhance the usability and accessibility of the platform, prioritizing a seamless user experience for customers to access, analyze, and interpret data. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and reports that present complex data in an understandable format. Implement and monitor key product metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data and user feedback. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal teams and clients, covering platform functionality, updates and best practices.
