Act as a strategic advisor for our clients, ensuring successful adoption of Strands’ solution being an analytics-driven digital engagement platform Translate banking business needs into data-driven product configurations, analytical models, KPIs, and actionable insights Analyze customer behavior, financial patterns, and digital journeys to recommend engagement strategies aligned with each bank’s objectives Support the design and optimization of predictive models used for personalization, segmentation, and financial recommendations Play a centric role in the end-to-end product implementation cycle: starting from discovery, analytics and solution design, up to implementation support, evaluation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance the impact of our solutions Present complex analytical findings to non-technical and executive stakeholders within our clients’ organisation You are proficient in...
