Our Finance team based in Granada (Andalusia) is currently looking for an Accountant Associate to support our growing international operations.Role OverviewAs an Accountant Associate, you will play a key role in the accurate execution of day‑to‑day accounting activities across multiple legal entities. You will ensure that transactions are correctly recorded, properly categorised, and fully supported, contributing to clean month‑end closings and reliable financial reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across several countries (UK, France, Germany, USA, etc.) and report to the Senior Accountant and the Finance Lead, both based in Granada. This role offers hands‑on exposure to international accounting processes within a dynamic SaaS finance team. Success in this role means delivering accurate postings, correct analytical allocation, and well‑reconciled accounts that support timely and reliable month‑end reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting, AP & ARProcess and post supplier invoices, including accruals and prepaid expensesEnsure accurate cost allocation and analytical categorisationPrepare, issue, and follow up on customer invoices and outstanding receivablesAnalyse and reconcile supplier and customer accountsPost and reconcile credit card transactionsPerform bank reconciliationsPost payroll accounting entries by departmentSupport accounting activities across multiple legal entities, including basic intercompany reconciliationsEnsure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with internal policies and accounting standardsClosing & ReportingPrepare and post month‑end journal entries (accruals, prepaids, payroll, reclassifications) under supervisionActively contribute to the monthly closing processReconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variancesMaintain a clear audit trail and supporting documentationSupport external audits and respond to auditor requestsRequirementsMust‑have:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of xsgfvud experience in operational accounting, preferably in an international or multi‑entity environmentEnglish level B2 or higher (the role is primarily carried out in English)Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environmentNice‑to‑have:Experience in a SaaS or service‑based businessKnowledge of French or GermanWhat We OfferA collaborative and international working environmentModern office located in GranadaOccasional travel opportunities to our headquarters in SwitzerlandExposure to international projects and multicultural teamsA role with clear development opportunities within a fast‑growing multinational companyIf you are a proactive and detail‑oriented accounting professional looking to further develop your career in an international SaaS environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
