We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, EU the USA and a successful online business.Asegúrese de leer detenidamente la información sobre esta oportunidad antes de presentar su candidatura.ZIMMERMANN also upholds a well-established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few.Zimmermann has an exciting opportunity for an Omni-Channel Stock Associate (7-month fixed-term, 20 hours/week) from late March to October 2026 in our Madrid boutique.Working within our Madrid store, and as part of a high performing digital team, the position will be responsible for the successful fulfilment and timely processing of web orders and returns coming from the Zimmermann EU website whilst assisting with the processing of both retail and online stock for our EU warehouses and stores.The successful candidate's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ONLINE ORDERSTo ensure Online orders are processed in accordance with Zimmermann “Online Store Policy and Procedure”, without exceptionTo pack all allocated online orders to the highest standard of presentationTo manage and support all expedited and hand delivery servicesTo ensure invoicing and packing is completed according to client and Zimmermann guidelinesTo ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch, keeping in mind the end client experienceTo ensure the Online orders received are dispatched from the store in the required timeframeTo manage the inventory of Online related stationery supplies, and re-order as necessaryTo ensure there is no incidence of negative feedback from Online Store clientsTo remain in regular communication with the CS/Ecommerce teams and reply within the required timelineTo report issues that will impact the client experience to the CS and Ecommerce Operations TeamsSTOCKROOM ORGANISATIONTo maintain the organization of the stock rooms and other storage spacesTo ensure stock is organized by Collection group RTW / SWIM, category, colour and sizeTo systematically re-organize the stock rooms to work in line with the delivery calendar and requirements of each seasonTo ensure stock room is organized in line with BOH standards that prioritize efficiency for the sales team working with clientsSTOCK INVENTORY ASSISTANCETo investigate any online related stock issues and discrepancies that arise from stocktake and liaise with the Store Manager and Stock Controller with the findingsThe successful candidate will have a background in stock and in online fulfilment, hold strong multitasking skills and be a team player whilst enjoying a fast-paced work environment.
