With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus. What will you do? Support new and ongoing projects regarding systems engineering activities for satellite platforms. Define and manage requirements, generate and optimize technical budgets. Assess test approaches and perform analysis and simulations. Collaborate directly with the Project Office (PMO) and cross-functional teams. Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with ECSS standards. Act as technical leader within assigned projects, making decisions impacting spacecraft architecture. What are we looking for? Aerospace Engineering degree (preferred). More than 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Expert knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems. Familiarity with MBSE philosophy and space-related design tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD…). Hands-on approach to cross-functional technical issues. Experience in integration and testing techniques. Strong technical writing skills and ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities. English level: B2 minimum. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid. Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
