Por favor, asegúrese de consultar la descripción a continuación con atención.BoF Careers seeks an experienced merchandising & planning specialist to guide the concessions merchandising team, develop product strategies, and help the company meet financial and profit targets.ResponsibilitiesPerform the buying budget of the divisions based on the financial plan.Perform the seasonal buy and NOS forecast.Ensure all operational needs are covered from A to Z, system wise, logistics and at point of sale.Analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.Build up stock to afford seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns.Ensure logistics are met on time and frequency.Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter‑branch transfers, promotions or clear‑outs.Minimize stock holdings and commitment to allow for maximum profit.Fluent communication with the stores staff is crucial to achieve objectives and coordinate the different operational processes such as returns, pricing changes, promotions, product launches, etc.BenefitsGreat international working environment.Corporate Offices in Madrid with canteen and parking available.Home office depending on the position.Flexible working hours.Flexible benefits.Discount on the brands of the Group.RequirementsBachelor or Master's Degree.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.High level of English. xsgfvud High level of Excel and experience with SAP.Experience in a retail store will be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
