We are looking for a Loan Product Owner to take full ownership of our most critical and revenue-generating product: Loans.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will lead the entire lifecycle of our borrowing products — from strategy and design to execution, optimization, and scale. You will play a key role in ensuring our loan offerings are scalable, secure, compliant, competitive, and deeply aligned with user needs and company goals.What You’ll Be Responsible ForTake end-to-end ownership of Nebeus’ loan products: strategy, roadmap, delivery, iteration, and growth.Lead the development and expansion of our loan portfolio — including crypto-backed loans, personal loans, and future credit products.Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog to maximize business impact and user value.Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, risk, design, operations, marketing, support, and the executive team.Translate complex financial, technical, and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: conversion, revenue, risk, retention, user behavior, and defaults.Deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience across the full loan lifecycle — from onboarding to repayment, collateral, liquidation, and support.Identify and capitalize on market trends in fintech, crypto, and lending to drive product innovation and expansion.Partner with sales and marketing to ensure effective positioning, messaging, and adoption of loan products.Lead VIP client communications related to loan products, acting as a senior point of contact for high-value users and ensuring a premium, trust-driven experience.What You Bring3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, crypto, lending, or financial services.Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling credit or loan products (traditional, digital, or crypto-backed).Deep understanding of lending mechanics: risk, pricing, collateral, repayments, and lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of crypto and blockchain technologies, particularly as applied to lending or collateralized products.Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with AML, KYC, compliance, and legal frameworks.Commercial mindset: able to balance growth, user experience, risk management, and compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Agile team experience, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.Bonus: experience in go-to-market planning, growth initiatives, and sales enablement.Why This Role Stands Out You’ll own the most important product at Nebeus — directly driving growth and core revenue.
