The ideal candidate combines excellentcommunication and client-facing skills , and is comfortable bothsupporting clientsandleading conversationswhen required with strongtechnical capabilities .This role requires ahands-on, proactive approach , with the ability to dive into technical details, solve problems, and contribute across multiple projects. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting senior consultants while also taking ownership of their work and interactions with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate inclient engagements , understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.Support the delivery ofdata management, analytics, or digital projects , including technical tasks such as data integration, reporting, or analysis.Prepare and deliverpresentations, documentation, and reportsfor clients.Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Engage proactively inproblem-solving , providing recommendations and supporting implementation.Communicate clearly with clients, balancing technical detail with business context.Assist in developing proposals or supportingRFP responsesas needed.Requirements3-4 years of professional experience inconsulting ,data management, analytics or digital projects .Strongtechnical aptitudewith the ability to engage in hands-on tasks when needed.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills .Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to discussions at both technical and business levels.Self-starter mindset, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Fluency inSpanishandEnglish .
