This is a senior, highly influential role combining deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and client-facing responsibilities.You will act as a technical authority in AI, working closely with executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to design, build, and scale advanced AI solutions, including machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven systems, in complex, real-world environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureDefine and own the end-to-end AI architecture for international client projects.Lead the design and implementation of scalable, production-grade AI and ML systems.Act as a technical reference and mentor for AI engineers, data scientists, and software teams.Ensure best practices in model development, deployment, MLOps, monitoring, and governance.Client Engagement & AdvisoryPartner with international clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Data, Product Leaders).Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical proposals, and estimations.Participate in strategic workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations.AI & InnovationLead initiatives in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (LLMs), NLP, Computer Vision, and AI-powered decision systems.Evaluate and integrate modern AI frameworks, platforms, and cloud-native services.Drive experimentation, prototyping, and innovation to accelerate client outcomes.Stay ahead of AI trends, regulations, and ethical considerations, especially in international contexts.Delivery & QualityEnsure high-quality delivery across multiple international projects.Collaborate with cloud, data, and software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.Define standards, guidelines, and reusable assets for the AI practice.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6+ years focused on AI/ML.Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production for enterprise environments.Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).Solid understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD for AI.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Previous experience in IT consulting or professional services environments.Strong client-facing skills in international and multicultural contexts.Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical communities.Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ability to operate at both high-level architecture and deep technical detail.Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and international environments.Nice to HaveExperience working with enterprise clients across multiple geographies.Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and modern data architectures.Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.Experience contributing to open-source projects or thought leadership (talks, articles, whitepapers).BenefitsFlexible schedule 35 Hours / WeekFully remote work (optional)Flexible compensation (restaurant, transport, and childcare) Medical and dental insurance (completely free of charge for the employee)Individual budget for training or equipment and free Microsoft certificationsEnglish lessonsBirthday day offMonthly bonus for electricity and Internet expenses at homeDiscount on gym plan and sports activitiesPlain Camp (annual team-building event)Extra perks: events attendance and speakers, welcome pack, baby basket, Christmas basket, discount portal for employees The pleasure of always working with the latest technological toolsWhat is Plain Concepts?Plain Conceptsis a global company of over 500 people passionate about technology and innovation.
