Title: Sales Engineer Organisation: Fast Growing cybersecurity Software vendor Location: Spain - Remote Type: Full Time / Permanent Salary: € 80,000 - €100,000 Start date : January / February 2026 La siguiente información ofrece un resumen de las habilidades, cualidades y cualificaciones necesarias para este puesto.I’m working with a fast-growing cyber security vendor looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Engineer to support their expansion across Europe. What you'll do Support deployment of the solution in customer environments, focusing on Microsoft-based infrastructures (networking, AD, security). Translate risk and cybersecurity concepts into clear, value-focused messaging for prospects and customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Deliver remote demos and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements in Spanish and in English, troubleshoot installation issues, and guide customers through implementation. Keep customer and PoC notes up to date, capture technical requirements, and feed implementation learnings back into internal processes. Work with customers to configure servers (virtual/physical), network settings, and relevant integrations to ensure optimal performance of the solution. Provide technical enablement to customers, partners, and internal teams, including ad‑hoc knowledge sharing and participation in events or shows when needed. Assist in resolving critical deployment or production issues, coordinating with the wider engineering team to ensure swift, customer-focused outcomes. Partner closely with regional sales pre‑ and post‑sales engineering, customer success, and C‑level stakeholders to drive new business and renewals. What they are looking for Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience as an IT administrator / systems engineer or in a similar technical role. Any relevant Microsoft, networking, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus but not essential Strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, networking, Active Directory), experience configuring networks, firewalls and security controls, and confidence deploying and supporting virtual servers in on-prem and/or cloud-hosted infrastructures. Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) with strong English skills; French is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, customer-facing confidence (demos, PoCs, events), and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams. Renewal rates are excellent, and customers range from smaller organisations up to 40k+ users. You won’t be “a number” - small team, big impact.
