We have a group of around 100 engineers (Devs, QAs, BAs, and Project Managers) distributed between Westport, USA, and Malaga, Spain working on one big solution.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and understand business problemsDesign solutions to address those problemsWrite efficient and clean code to implement solutionsPerform thorough testing of all implementationsShip developed features and solutions to productionProvide on-call support(24 7) on rotation every 4 weeks, compensated additionallyRequirements5+ years of experience in .NET development2-3 years of working experience in WPF and WCF1+ years of relevant leadership experienceCompetency in contemporary programming languages, patterns, and architecturesProficiency in Full Stack .NET/C# development, from front-end to back-end processesExpertise in SQL, specifically T-SQL for robust database managementGood understanding of communication protocols, standards, and technologies (SOAP, REST, WCF)Familiarity with data exchange formats like XML and JSONExperience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practicesGood English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)Nice to haveKnowledge of capital markets, structure of exchanges, regulatory framework, Order Management & Execution Management Systems, Trade workflowExperience in the development of Trade & Order systems (Order, Trade, Execution, Reconciliation)Experience with Charles River, Tradeweb, and other similar vendor systemsFamiliarity with various asset types such as Fixed income, derivatives, swaps, and FXSkills in FIX, FIXML and Tibco productsWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
