At NTT DATA we are currently seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ServiceNow ITSM Specialist with the following capabilities: Key Responsibilities Design complex architectural solutions in ServiceNow Conduct technological assessments and develop improvement proposals for technical solutions Provide user support, training, and documentation . Support the migration to ServiceNow , including data mapping and process alignment. Collaborate with process owners to gather requirements and implement improvements . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus. Experience in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB , among others Skilled in complex integrations of ServiceNow with enterprise systems ITIL certification (desired) ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) are a plus.
