The experience and exhaustive control to wich all products are subject have consolidated us in the sector as a benchmark of innovation, quality, guarantee and safety.To strengther our finance team and build our succession pipeline we are looking for aSenior Controller whom is directly reporting to the CEO of Europerfil. As Senior Controller you start your career path in our team and can develop yourself in sucssession pipeline for group finance team or insite the company. We support you in your development with a strong development process, personal development action plans and concrete training initiatives.Key Accountabilities (including perimeter of influence, network & interactions)The Senior Controller is leading afinance team of 2 employees with responsibility as a team but also personally, for the following duties and subject to develop on the tasks :Financial reporting for Europerfil with a high focus on quality & deadlines according to Group requirementsSolid financial monitoring and performance management of businessContribute within the Controlling Network to provide advice and guidance to Management teams to make appropriate decisions by analysing, identifying issues, challenging KPIs from an economic point of view, and suggesting and influencing business improvement, in order to increase AMC overall profitability and cost-effectiveness while minimizing working capitalContribute to best practice benchmarking with other units in ArcelorMittal Construction, through the development of shared projects and information exchange; credit risk follow up :Internal credit Limit follow up,Preparation of request for Credit Committee,Cash management improvement : Internal control : improve internal control of entity, implementation & follow up of controls implementationsales & margin follow-up / analysis :Margin analysis & proposal of action, particular follow up of negative margin ,Close collaboration with the shared service xsgfvud functions in the Groupwith focus on accounting, tax andcredit management in monthly and annual closing processesResponsible forbudget, flash, forecast processes with local management as well as supporting business’s strategy developmentEnsure timely statistic data reporting to government and Intrastat on investments,production,sales,export,import informationUniversity degree (Accounting, Finance or Applied Economics), Business School or Engineer5 years recognized experience in accounting or controlling positions, preferably in international companies (group)Background in complex industry (manufacturing environment) and in audit firm an assetCapacity to manage & develop your finance teamCapacity to work both with a high level of details and to take helicopter view to detect and report key performance factors and recommend action plansAbility to take business decisions (especially at customer credit risk level) rapidly, while preserving financial & commercial interestsKnowledge in SAP is mandatoryFluent Spanish skills are mandatory, very good English level is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
