Oversee and enhance the company’s management of occupational health, safety, and environmental practices in accordance with legal requirementsSupport occupational health, safety, and environment goal setting of Operation, promote and supervise the internal compliance and effectiveness of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 systemParticipate in drawing up occupational health, safety, and environment rules and regulations, and safety/environment emergency response plansDevelop necessary HSE training and qualification requirements for relevant staff, external contractors, and other relevant personnel, such as national qualification requirements for relevant special operations, internal qualification requirements from the corporationSupport departments to identify and manage environmental factors, safety, and health risks; Support and supervise the department to implement the emergency response drillsCheck the occupational health, safety, and environment management status on site, inspect the occupational health, safety, and environment hazards in time, and put forward suggestions for the improvement of occupational health, safety, and environment managementCease and rectify practices of unauthorized direction, coercing individuals to undertake risky tasks, and breaching operating protocols.Supervise the implementation of the occupational health, safety, and environment corrective actionsParticipate in and promote major occupational health, safety, and environmental accident investigations, urging the implementation of the improvement planFormulate the requirements of occupational health examination and supervise the completion of the occupational health examinationCheck the qualifications of special PPE, supervise and guide related employees to use it correctlyConduct safety awareness training for employeesMonitor subcontractor compliance with applicable HSE legal and Vestas requirementsQualificationsBOSH Certificate- Basic Occupational Safety and Health TOT Training-Training of TrainersLoss Control Management and Behavioral SafetyIncident Management trainingSafety Officer 3(SO) certificationPollution control officer certificationInternal Auditor ISO 14001 and 45001Below are the qualifications we are looking for:Construction Safety and Health Officer (CSHO)NEBOSHFamiliar with safety management systemsGood communication skills in EnglishMore than 5 years of experience in HSE managementProficient in organizing responsibilities while effectively navigating demanding environmentsEffective communication skills and stakeholder managementWind industry Construction/service/Warehouse HSE experienceChemical management experience and the knowledgeWhat we offerVestas provides an open, respectful global culture, an attractive compensation package, and long-term career development.
