At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for aDesplácese hacia abajo para ver todos los requisitos del puesto y las responsabilidades que pueden esperar los candidatos seleccionados.Senior PMO / Senior Project Managerto support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid.Main responsibilities:Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points).Ensure consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders.Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA).Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training.Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions.Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management.Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses.Prepare decision-making materials for the steering committee.Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables.Who are you?7+ yearsas Senior PMO in structured corporate environments, working withagile methodologies(Scrum/SAFe).Experience applying PM methodologies (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA).German – Business levelEnglish – Business levelSpanish – plusWho are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
