Role Overview: We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting materials. Assist with the preparation and submission of client proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Handle incoming inquiries from clients and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. Assist in organising and coordinating company events, seminars, and client appreciation activities. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. xsgfvud Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
