You should have 5‑8 years of experience in the advertising industry producing animated videos.Branding and Digital Design projects will be valued. This is a full‑time position (not freelance), either remote or based in our offices in Barcelona or Valencia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop visual concepts, illustrate 2D graphics, storyboard sketches, and animate them.Produce animated videos and other motion graphics for clients across various countries.Collaborate with creative teams where ideas are respected and everyone can challenge themselves.Participate in the entire production process, from idea to finished customer delivery.Maintain a high level of professionalism towards customers, managers, and co‑workers.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high pace and attention to detail.Qualifications & Requirements5‑8 years of experience in the advertising industry producing high‑quality animated videos.Expertise in 2D animation, Illustrator, and After Effects.Strong illustration skills with the ability to create original 2D graphics.English fluency in writing and speaking; additional proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (writing) is a plus.Portfolio, showreel, or work samples that describe your role in the production.Experience with WordPress, high‑level film editing (Final Cut or Premiere Pro), and copywriting is advantageous.Ability to listen, take constructive criticism, and work collaboratively within a creative team.Sense of color and shape, driven to make complex ideas easy to understand.Personal CharacteristicsDriven to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.Team player with a natural ability to stand up for colleagues’ ideas.Unpretentious, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling many projects simultaneously.Enjoys working in a creative environment where no two days are the same.What We OfferStep into the advertising industry within an international marketing agency.Flat organizational culture with easy access to help and knowledge sharing.Direct reporting line to the Creative Director in a small, responsible team.You will report directly to our Creative Director.
