This role is critical in helping the team standardize policy language across multiple clients and ensure clarity in policy application during claims handling.**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct in-depth reviews of insurance policies across various clients.* Summarize policy conditions in a structured format to support claims processing and identify opportunities for standardization.* Provide legal interpretation and guidance on policy wording and application.* Maintain a repository of standardized policy summaries for internal use.* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to align policy insights with operational strategy.* Support the development of product clusters by identifying commonalities in policy structures.* Research and resolve moderately complex contract or remittance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.* Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Account Management, Claims) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.* Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation for policy and contract adjustments.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in law or related field (required).* Experience in insurance, legal review, or claims operations is highly desirable.* Strong analytical and organizational skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).* Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract terms is a plus.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Fluent in English**Soft Skills & Competencies*** Ensures accuracy in policy reviews and documentation.* Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.* Works effectively across teams and builds strong relationships.* Clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.* Handles sensitive information responsibly.* Takes initiative to improve processes and drive results.* Committed to delivering exceptional service internally and externally.**About Cigna Healthcare**Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
