We are partnering with an international company in the healthcare / FMCG sector, with a strong presence across Europe and a global corporate structure. We are looking to hire a Sales Operations / CRM profile for its Iberia organization. What will your mission be? You will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM and commercial systems are used optimally by the sales team, adapting global processes to local needs and supporting users in their day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities Provide advanced functional support for Salesforce (data management, uploads, reporting, and campaign tracking). Coordinate the interaction between CRM and ERP systems (SAP), ensuring data quality and consistency. Support the sales team in their use of tools through training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Translate business needs into viable solutions within the systems. Contribute to commercial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment with global standards. What kind of profile are we looking for? Previous experience (around 2 years) in CRM, sales operations, business support, or systems roles with a functional orientation. Solid knowledge of Salesforce; experience with SAP or other ERPs is a plus. Service-oriented profile with strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical users. Analytical, well-organized mindset, with an interest in understanding end-to-end commercial processes. Languages Fluent English (mandatory). Fluent Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
