You arepersistent, goal-oriented, and thrive in high-growth environmentswhere you can make a direct impact.Key Responsibilities:Key Account Leadership:Manage and grow Birdman’slargest traditional trade accounts , ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.Hunting:Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients to expand Birdman’s reach intraditional trade, distribution, and retail .Farming:Strengthen and expand existingkey accounts, distributors, and large retailers , increasingsell-in and sell-outthrough strategic account management.Develop and execute sales strategiesto maximize revenue and market share.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade termsto ensureprofitable and sustainable partnerships .Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools , ensuring a structured anddata-driven sales approach .Leverage sales automation toolsto improve efficiency andscale outreach efforts .Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities , and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance)to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Super Smart & Analytical:Strongnumerical and strategic thinkingto identify opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and drive measurable results.Highly Disciplined & Goal-Driven:Exceptionallyorganized, detail-oriented, and proactive , ensuring follow-through on key sales initiatives.Persuasive & Outgoing Communicator:Thrives insocial interactions, networking, and negotiations , buildingstrong rapport and influencing decisionsto close deals.Engaging presenterwith excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proven Sales Performer:Track record ofexceeding sales targets and closing high-value B2B dealsin traditional trade or CPG.Expert in Negotiation & Objection Handling:Skilled ininfluencing and persuadingclients, closing deals without heavy discounting, and ensuring sustainable profitability.Resilient & Handles Rejection Like a Pro:High energy and persistenceto stay motivated despite objections or lost deals.Turns rejection into opportunity , refines sales tactics, and keeps the pipeline moving.Relationship Builder & Consultative Seller:Excels inrelationship-based selling , deeply understanding client needs to providetailored solutionsinstead of just pushing products.Sales Automation & Outreach Efficiency:Experienced inscaling sales outreach using automation tools(e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) forhigher efficiency and deal conversion .CRM & Data-Driven Sales Management:2+ years managing sales pipelinesin CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) with astructured, data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing performance .Traditional Trade & Retail Sales Expertise:2+ years managing key accounts in traditional trade, CPG, or FMCG , with deep knowledge ofsell-in and sell-out dynamics .Bachelor’s Degree Required:A completedBachelor’s degree in any fieldis mandatory.Intermediate English (B1+):Comfortable inprofessional English communication , with a plus foradvanced fluency (C1) .Preferred Qualifications:Mid-to-Enterprise B2B Sales Experience:Proven ability tosell to distributors, large retailers, or key clients , navigatinglong sales cycles and corporate procurement processes .Industry-Specific Expertise:Experience inwellness, nutrition, or plant-based consumer goods .Advanced English (C1):Fluency inEnglishforinternational sales negotiations and strategic partnerships .Advanced Data Skills:Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making capabilities.Mission-Driven Enthusiast:Strong commitment to sustainability and health, passionate about contributing to a healthier world through eco-friendly and health-conscious practices.Ready to level up your impact with Birdman? xsgfvud Apply now and help us design what's next.#J-18808-Ljbffr
