Buscamos a un/a Senior Event Producer para una agencia creativa en pleno crecimiento, con sede en Barcelona, especializada en diseñar y producir experiencias para marcas, combinando creatividad, cultura, música y diseño. Funciones: Planificación y desarrollo de eventos: apoyo en conceptualización, definición técnica, coordinación de presupuestos, cronogramas y comunicación con clientes y equipos. Coordinación logística: organización de permisos, proveedores y tiempos, garantizando entregas e instalaciones de calidad. Construcción y diseño de espacios: supervisión de escenarios y estructuras efímeras, velando por seguridad y accesibilidad. Gestión de equipos: liderazgo de proveedores y resolución ágil de imprevistos durante el evento. Evaluación post-evento: control de gastos y análisis de resultados para optimizar futuros proyectos. Requisitos: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en producción de eventos . Conocimiento técnico en equipos audiovisuales y de construcción efímera y attrezzo. Contar con una cartera de proveedores y localizaciones. Habilidades excepcionales de organización y gestión de proyectos.
