This is a path we can only take together – join inLocation:Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Procurement Consultant to join our team in Madrid for a key SAP ECC 6.0 rollout project. This is a hybrid position, with a combination of on-site and remote work, and occasional travel to Austria.The role is within theservices industry , where procurement is primarily focused onexternal services . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withSAP Materials Management (MM)for services procurement, a good understanding ofend-to-end procurement processes , and familiarity withSAP Sales and Distribution (SD).Experience with localization and compliance in Spain and Switzerland is important.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the rollout of SAP ECC 6.0 in a services industry environment, focusing on external services procurement.Adapt the global SAP procurement template to meet local requirements in Spain and Switzerland.Analyze procurement requirements and deliver SAP MM solutions for services procurement: service requisitions, service POs, entry sheets, and invoicing.Configure and maintain service procurement processes including master data, pricing, and approvals.Support relevant SD processes that interact with procurement, such as order-to-cash scenarios.Ensure local compliance with procurement and tax regulations in Spain and Switzerland.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international SAP teams for rollout execution and adoption.Assist in testing, training, documentation, go-live, and post-go-live phases.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with a focus on services procurement.4+ knowledge of SAP SD processes.Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 rollout or implementation projects.Familiarity with local legal and tax compliance in Spain and Switzerland.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Willing to travel occasionally to Austria.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.Nice to HaveExperience with service entry sheet automation or approval workflows.Knowledge of integration between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., FI, CO).Previous experience working in consulting for the services sector.Understanding of global template rollouts and governance models.Experience in code reading or debuggingExperience in integration of SAP with legacy systemsThere are many possibilities to develop in our company Seize the chance, evolve and use the possibility to make your career We are looking forward to your applicationWe at A1 Digital are convinced that women with their ideas and way to work are indispensable for the success of our company and culture.
