Desde Catenon colaboramos con una reconocida cadena hotelera internacional para incorporar un/a General Manager en uno de sus hoteles lifestyle ubicados en Barcelona.Por favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.General ManagerBarcelona (Spain)Esta posición estratégica tiene como objetivo liderar de forma integral la gestión del hotel, garantizando su rentabilidad, excelencia operativa y consolidación como referente de marca en el mercado local. Buscamos un perfil con amplia experiencia en dirección hotelera, fuerte orientación a resultados, visión estratégica y capacidad para liderar equipos dinámicos dentro de un entorno innovador, joven y altamente estandarizado.ResponsibilitiesSupervisarás todas las áreas operativas del hotel: alojamiento, restauración, recepción, pisos, mantenimiento, seguridad, entre otras.Asegurarás el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la cadena, impulsando una operación eficiente, alineada con la identidad y filosofía de marca.Analizarás los principales indicadores operativos (KPIs) y financieros, desarrollando planes de acción orientados a la optimización de costes, mejora continua y experiencia del cliente.Liderarás y desarrollarás al equipo directivo y mandos intermedios, promoviendo una cultura interna auténtica, motivadora y enfocada en el servicio.Participarás en la definición de la estrategia comercial junto al equipo de ventas y revenue management, identificando oportunidades de posicionamiento, alianzas locales y generación de ingresos.Elaborarás, gestionarás y controlarás el presupuesto anual del hotel, asegurando la eficiencia en el uso de recursos y la rentabilidad del negocio.Asegurarás el cumplimiento de normativas locales en materia de seguridad, sanidad, sostenibilidad y legalidad vigente.Impulsarás la reputación online del hotel mediante una atención proactiva al cliente, gestión de incidencias y acciones de marketing digital en colaboración con los equipos internos.QualificationsTitulación universitaria en Turismo, Hostelería, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.Experiencia mínima de 7 a 10 años en posiciones de dirección general hotelera, preferentemente en hoteles lifestyle, urbanos o de cadenas internacionales.Dominio profesional de español e inglés.Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares, gestión presupuestaria y mejora de resultados operativos. xsgfvud Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión hotelera y paquete Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
