This is an opportunity to work alongside top professionals on a major Data Centre project.Key responsibilities:Prepare, compile, and submit tenders within required deadlines, ensuring all pre-project information is accurately sourced and organized.Produce timely, accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates from initial enquiry through to bid submission.Lead negotiations with clients during tender and post-tender stages.Analyse subcontractor and vendor quotations, verifying inclusions, exclusions, scope alignment, and commercial validity.Attend post-tender meetings, deliver presentations, and represent the estimating function in client-facing discussions.Follow up on submitted tenders, tracking outcomes and gathering feedback to inform future submissions.Provide support, guidance, and technical input to the wider estimating team.Attend internal tender reviews, bid strategy sessions, and follow-up meetings as required.Maintain clear, well-structured documentation for all estimating activities.Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team and project needs.Qualifications/Experience:Previous experience within the construction industry in an estimating or commercial role.Trade qualification or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering) preferred.Experience leading or mentoring team members within an estimating or commercial environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical information, evaluate multiple cost inputs, and produce accurate estimates.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation abilities. xsgfvud Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Spanish speaker preferredApply now
