Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Ltd – IT DepartmentWe’re looking for a Generative AI Specialist to lead projects focused on the implementation and development of generative artificial intelligence solutions.DescriptionThe selected person will drive the conceptualization, definition, and execution of generative AI initiatives—ranging from LLM to automation tools—that address business needs in various departments. This role requires advanced technical expertise in generative AI, combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate functional requirements into innovative, practical, and scalable AI‑driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact between IT and different business areas for AI initiatives.Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions with generative AI.Manage relationships with internal clients and external technology providers.Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for applying generative AI.Propose and evaluate generative AI alternatives, considering technical feasibility, business impact, and costs.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and applications.Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and methodologies that solve business challenges.Required ProfileMinimum 3‑5 years in roles related to AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics, with significant hands‑on experience in generative AI.Proven experience implementing and deploying AI models in production environments.Knowledge of business processes in relevant sectors (energy, infrastructure, operations, finance, procurement).Technical Competencies – IndispensableGenerative AI Techniques: solid knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, Multi‑Chain Processing, and Agentic AI.AI Platforms & Frameworks: hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Langchain, LangGraph, Azure AI, and Chainlit.Development: strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).Cloud Services: familiarity with deploying and operating AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, OpenAI, AWS, GCP).Data Engineering & Integration: good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.Model Deployment: experience deploying AI models as APIs/web services (FastAPI, Flask, Docker).Project Management: knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and use of DevOps/project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).Desired CompetenciesMLOps: experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and orchestration tools (Airflow, MLflow).Automation & Analytics: familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, and workflow automation tools.Business Platforms: exposure to SAP or other ERP systems for data extraction and process optimization.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.Certifications (Desirable)AI/ML certifications from recognized providers (Coursera, Microsoft, AWS, Google).Cloud certifications: Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud ML Engineer.Project Management certifications: Agile, Scrum Master, or PMP.LanguagesSpanish – HighEnglish – High (C1 or equivalent)Company CultureWe believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability. xsgfvud No matter where you are based, you are part of one team working toward the same mission.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
