At TeamSystem Spain , the Legal Department acts as a strategic partner to all business areas, supporting the company in key initiatives and high-impact projects. Our work spans corporate transactions, commercial contracting, data protection, compliance , and full legal support to all group entities in Spain. We also work closely with the international legal team, which allows us to develop a global perspective and actively participate in cross-border and international projects . We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the department and play a key strategic role in the company’s legal operations. The selected candidate will work closely with senior management and act as a trusted advisor across the business. #Corporate Law Commercial Contracting ~ Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS/cloud agreements, software licences, NDAs, partnership and reseller agreements, and service contracts. Cross-Functional Legal Support Providing day-to-day legal advice to multiple business units, including: Data protection (GDPR). Compliance and regulatory matters. General commercial and operational issues. Working closely with the global legal team. Supporting contract standardisation, policy alignment and cross-border initiatives. Acting as a trusted legal advisor to Finance, Sales, HR, Product Development, Marketing , and other internal departments. #Degree in Law. 5–7 years of legal experience. ~ Highly valued: experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house role within the tech/software sector. Strong expertise in M&A and corporate law . Advanced negotiation skills in commercial contracting. Valuable: experience in data protection (GDPR) .
